Original Allure offer a strict returns and exchange policy due to the nature of a-lot of the clothing we sell being vintage & pre-owned.

We always include multiple photos of the item being sold, measurements & sizing along with any faults highlighted on the product page. We are also happy to give anymore sizing or information on the product, just reach out to us via email or Instagram. Due to this all sales are Final.

If there are any genuine faults or damage not described we will be happy to refund your purchase. We are a UK based company and operate within the consumer rights act.
